What you are applying for

An SME business loan that does not ask for your property

Prosperity rarely comes from employment alone. It comes from the business you build — and almost every business reaches a point where the idea is ready before the capital is.

That is the gap an SME business term loan closes. Food and beverage, party services, online selling, personalised products, customised goods: the fast-growing sectors in Singapore all need working capital at the moment orders arrive, not three months later.

We underwrite each application individually rather than running it through a scorecard. That is why we can look at a business a bank has already declined, and why the amount and the terms we offer are specific to your cash flow rather than a standard product.

You will not be pressured into payments within months because we understand you need to stabilise the business first. Repayment terms can be extended up to one year.

Before you apply

The six documents that get an SME loan approved in one visit

01

Business registered in Singapore

The entity must be registered locally. Sole proprietorships, partnerships and private limited companies are all eligible — the structure matters less than the trading history.

02

Three months of company bank statements

These are what we actually read. They show revenue rhythm, seasonality and how much room there is for a repayment, which is the whole underwriting question.

03

Income tax notice of assessment, if any

If the business has filed, bring it. If you are newly incorporated and have not, that is not a barrier — show proof of income for the last three months instead.

04

Tenancy agreement

For the premises the business operates from. If you trade online without a commercial lease, tell us on the form and we will let you know what stands in its place.

05

Financial statement

Prepared accounts if you have them. If the business is already established, bring the income statement and balance sheet so we can evaluate properly.

06

Business profile from ACRA

A current ACRA business profile confirms the directors, shareholding and registered address. It costs a few dollars to download and saves a second appointment.

why borrowers choose us

We read your bank statements, not just your credit score

What SME owners tell us made the difference, in their words more than ours.

No waiting weeks

There is no need to wait for a bank committee. Funds can be released in as little as 24 to 72 hours after we receive your documents.

No collateral required

The loan is designed to boost your business, not to put your premises or your home at risk. Show capacity to repay and the application stands on its own.

A plan built for your business

We underwrite each application individually, which means the amount and the payment terms are the ones that fit your revenue, not a product tier.

Use the funds as you need

Equipment, research and development, staff salaries, paying suppliers — any legitimate business purpose.

three steps

How to apply for an SME business loan

step one

Submit the form

Tell us the business, the amount and roughly what the money is for. Five minutes, no documents needed yet.

step two

Bring the six documents

We call you back, usually the same day during opening hours, and confirm exactly which of the six apply to your business.

step three

Sign and receive funds

Once the documents check out and the contract is signed, funds are released in 24 to 72 hours.

One point worth being clear about

Singapore law requires every licensed moneylender to verify your identity face to face at their approved place of business before releasing any money. A loan approved and paid out entirely online is not permitted here. If someone offers you that, they are not licensed.
